The Tenfold Forty is an organization of 40 women who are dedicated to living a balanced lifestyle. Teaching and learning, giving and receiving, working and playing have always been seen as the foundation of a meaningful and rewarding life. The Tenfold Forty was created on that principle, to promote a balanced lifestyle for its members by bringing together the mind, body and community. Our journey towards creating balance centers on fellowship, education, fitness, community and self-development.
The Tenfold Forty was founded in February 2009 as an intimate group of professional and educated women who understand the value of not only giving back to the community, but giving back to themselves. In addition to volunteering in the community, The Tenfold Forty participates in educational presentations that create an outlet for self-improvement and self-development.
An overarching goal for the organization is to raise awareness and funds for women's health issues. This year we have dedicated our philanthropic efforts toward the advancement of cervical cancer research. Funds raised will go directly to support clinical research at Johns Hopkins University focusing on treatment of HPV-caused cervical cancer.
We can and will make a difference in our lives and the lives of many other women. We know the good we do will come back to all of us tenfold!
